1/2 to 3/4 lb. ground beef 1/4 C chopped onion 1 can kidney beans 1 pint crushed tomatoes 1 T. Chili Powder salt and pepper Brown the onion, add ground beef and brown. Add salt, pepper and chili powder. Then add beans and tomatoes and bring to a boil. Simmer about 1/2 hour before serving
