Raspberry Jam
3 Cups Red Raspberries
Juice of One Lemon
3 Cups Sugar
Wash the berries and place in a stainless-steel pan with a heavy bottom. Add the lemon juice and bring to a hard boil for 1 minute. Add sugar and bring t . boiling point again, Boil hard, stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Pour into hot sterilized glass jars and seal. ( 2-3 pint jars) Chill in fridge before using.
