Baked Ziti

8 oz. ground veal

1 large onion

1 C cooked ziti macaroni

1/2 green pepper (blanched and diced)

2 oz. parmasan cheese

1 C tomato sauce (we like Aunt Millies)

Dash of garlic powder, salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Sauté the veal in a non-stick skillet. Season with the garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Combine browned veal and cooked ziti in a Pam sprayed casserole dish.

Sauté onions until light brown and add to veal and ziti; add green pepper. Add 1/2 of the cheese and tomato sauce and season to taste.

Arrange the remaining cheese on top. Bake 1/2; serves two people.
