3 C cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
2 cans 10 3/4 oz. each cream of mushroom soup
1pkg. 16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 C bisquick (original or reduced baking mix)
1 1/2 C milk
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Heat oven to 450 degrees. mix chicken. soup, vegetables, poultry seasoning and garlic salt in ungreased 13″x9″x2″ baking dish.
Stir baking mix and milk together until blended. Pour over the chicken mixture and sprinkle with parsley.
Bake 30-32 minutes or until crust is light golden brown.
