1 unbaked 9″ deep dish pie crust
1C (4 oz) shredded swiss cheese divided
1C finely chopped cooked ham divided
1/4C finely chopped green onions (optional) 1 1/2C (16 oz) evaporated milk
3 Lrg. eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4C flour
1/8 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sprinkle 1/2 C chopped ham and green onions into pie crust.
Whisk together evap. milk, eggs, flour, salt and pepper in a lrg. bowl. Pour this mixture over the ham and onions in the pie crust and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and ham.
Bake 45 – 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire cooling rack for 10 minutes before serving.
