Impossible Lasagna Pie

1/2 C. Ricotta Cheese

1 lb. Ground Beef

1 C. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1 6 oz. can tomato paste

1 C Milk

2 Eggs

1/2 C. Bisquick Baking Mix

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spread ricotta cheese in a greased 9″ pie plate.

Cook ground beef and drain, Stir in 1/2 C.. mozzarella cheese, salt, oregano and tomato paste. Spoon mixture over the ricotta cheese.

Stir milk, eggs and baking mix in a separate bowl until thoroughly mixed. Pour mixture into the pie plate.

Bake 30 – 35 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1 – 2 minutes more until melted. 8 servings
