5 T. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
2 T. Olive Oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
6 medium red skin potatoes cut into chunks
Mix all ingredients except the potatoes in small bowl.
Place potatoes in a slightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish and toss in the mustard mixture.
Bake at 425 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
Serves 4.
