2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb, ground pork
1/4 tsp. each of salt & pepper
1/2 tsp. dry garlic powder or 1 tsp. of fresh garlic chopped
Combine all of these ingredients.
Add:
3/4 C breadcrumbs (use Panko or Italian Style)
2T. Alfredo or Red Pasta Sauce (your choice)
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Mix everything with fork or by hand.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Form meatballs that are approximately 2″ in diameter and place in a baking dish.
Bake uncovered or 30 minutes and then cover with foil and bake an additional 30 minutes.
Serve with your choice of pasta and sauce.
