Pineapple-Teriyaki Chicken

1/2 C Chopped Onion

1/2 C Pineapple Juice

2 T each Teriyaki Sauce and Lemon Juice

1 garlic clove and ginger root

Mix all ingredients together and in a bowl. Pour in bottom of 13 x 9 baking dish. Marinate chicken overnight, occasionally turning chicken. bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
