1 lb. ground beef
1 C. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 C. milk
1/2 C. Bisquick Baking Mix
2 Eggs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook ground beef and onions a skillet; then drain.
Then stir in salt and Mix. Turn into greased pie plate sprinkle with the cheese.
Stir together the milk, bisquick and eggs in a bowl until blended. Then pour this mixture into the pie plate.
Bake 25 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Serves 8.
