Savory Meat Loaf & Roasted Potatoes

1 can Campbell’s Condensed Tomato Soup

2lbs. ground beef

1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French Fried Onions

1 egg, beaten

1/4 C Worcestershire Sauce

8 medium potatoes, cut into quarters

Mix 1/2 C soup, 1/2 can fried onion, beef, egg and Worcestershire sauce thoroughly in a mixing bowl. In baking pan firmly shape the meat into 8 x4 loaf. Place the potatoes around the loaf.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr. Stir potatoes.

Spoon remaining soup over meat loaf. Bake 25 minutes or until meat loaf is done.

Stir potatoes and sprinkle remaining onions over meatloaf. Bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden.

Serves 8.
