1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 C. margarine or butter
2 Celery stalks sliced
1 Large Onion chopped
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Swanson Chicken Broth
1 bag (14 Oz.) Pepperidge Farm Country Style Cubed Breadcrumbs
1 medium apple, cored and chopped
1/2 C. chopped California walnuts
12-14 lb. turkey
In saucepan over medium high heat, cook sausage until brown, stirring to separate meat. Add margarine or butter, celery, onion and cook until tender.
Add broth. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat and add stuffing, apple and walnuts and lightly fluff through.
Stuff and roast turkey according to turkey directions. Serve with gravy. Serves 12 – 16.
