1 lb. baby carrots
Salt & Pepper
1/2 stick of butter, cubed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place baby carrots on long foil piece, add cubed butter on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Wrap up foil into a closed pouch. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours until carrots are fork tender
Note: Parsnips or regular carrots can be substituted for baby carrots. Just peal and slice into 2″ pieces.
