Corn Bread Pudding
1 Large Can Creamed Corn
1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 Stick Butter Melted
6 oz. Sour Cream
1 Egg Beaten
Mix all ingredients and bake in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees uncovered.
